Recycle for the Cure
My dad, Dave Meyer, was a coach and teacher at WaHi. He was diagnosed with brain cancer in 1996 and died in 2005. I decided to do my senior community service project to raise money for brain cancer research. I collected used inkjet and toner cartridges to raise money. I collected over 2000 cartridges. I also did awareness raising by distributing flyers and bracelets.
